Zahra believes in creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore and resolve their psychological conflicts. In line with her clients’ goals and expectations, and at their own pace, the collaborative work Zahra encouraged during the sessions aims to help her clients rediscover themselves, break recurring patterns, and embrace their authentic selves.
Zahra genuinely focuses on helping people dealing with mental health concerns such as (but not restricted to) mood disorders, trauma, relationship and sexual issues, professional challenges, life transition and crises.
Zahra's approach is integrative and client-centred, combining evidence-based practice such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-oriented therapy, Schema therapy, narratives therapies and Trauma-informed care.
At Zahra's practice, we value compassion, respect, and integrity. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and to treat each individual with the dignity and respect they deserve.
We take a holistic approach to therapy, considering the physical, emotional, and social factors that can impact mental health. Our goal is to help our clients develop the skills and resilience they need to navigate life's challenges.
